  • Student Loan is the last thing on my debt list to get rid of. Otherwise I always make sure I save and have enough money to buy a decent car out right I own my house. And I refuse to take on any more debt for anything. If I can’t pay cash for it I don’t need it. Also helps to have plenty of savings in case of emergencies for home repairs. I always think forward on money you could possibly have to spend in the future on repairs and needs you might have.
