  • I sure do. Except I use the change from cash payments and put it into a Darth Vader cup. For debit, credit, and paypal payments I use an Acorns account (that I got because of you guys!) to round up my transactions. I’ve rounded up over $100 since May of this year!

  • I save all of my change in a huge glass water jug. Haven’t counted it yet but I’m hoping it’s a huge amount. Even if whatever I’m paying for costs 1.01 I don’t give a penny I save the .99 cents.

  • I simply labeled a jar “Vegas Jar” and the money started rolling in. Boyfriend at that time was on unemployment and then his unemployment got depleted a couple of months after that. We still ended up saving $1,300+ for a Vegas get away. Then after the Vegas trip we switched the name on the jar to “House Fund” and after that many many other funds were created. Assign your money a job and somehow that job will get done. We finished a dream trip to Disney World and are now looking for our very first home. And it all started with a simple “Vegas Jar.” I think overall it’s like tricking yourself how to save but it’s really more like teaching yourself how to live on less especially when you know your money has a job to do.
